These Terms govern your use of the m88link platform, including all games, sports betting markets, promotions, payment processing, and any other services offered by m88link. m88link reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID (MyKad, passport), proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

As an account holder on m88link, you bear full and sole responsibility for all activities conducted through your account. This includes, but is not limited to, the following obligations:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. Do not share these details with any third party.
• You must notify m88link immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account by contacting our support team.
• m88link will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
• You are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted to m88link — including personal details, payment information, and identity documents — is accurate and current.
• You acknowledge that your m88link account is strictly personal and non-transferable. Any transfer, sale, or assignment of your account to another person is void and may result in permanent account closure.

m88link implements two-factor authentication (2FA) and may periodically prompt you to verify your identity. We strongly recommend enabling all available security features to protect your account.

All financial transactions on m88link are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified. The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be reversed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements.
• m88link does not charge internal transaction fees; however, your bank or payment provider may impose their own charges.
• Funds deposited into your m88link account do not accrue interest.
• m88link reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

m88link offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible users from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available to verified accounts only. Unverified accounts are not eligible to claim or withdraw bonus-derived winnings.
• Each bonus promotion will specify its own wagering requirements, validity period, eligible games, and maximum withdrawal limit. These must be read carefully before opting in.
• m88link's standard wagering requirement is between 10x and 30x the bonus amount, depending on the specific promotion. Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period.
• Only one active bonus may be held per account at any given time, unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash equivalent unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• m88link reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any existing wagering obligations already in progress at the time of cancellation will be honoured.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus conditions — including through coordinated betting, arbitrage strategies, or multiple account registration — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonuses and may result in permanent account closure.

All bets placed on m88link are subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published separately within the relevant sections of the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. m88link does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been placed, except in cases where an obvious system error is identified by our trading team.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and are displayed at the time of placing the bet. These limits may be adjusted at m88link's discretion without prior notice.
• m88link reserves the right to void any bet in the event of a clear pricing error, technical fault, or circumstances that make it impossible to determine the correct outcome of an event.
• In the event of a disputed outcome, m88link's decision — made in consultation with official data providers and governing bodies — is final and binding.
• Live (in-play) betting is subject to additional latency disclaimers. Bets placed after an event outcome has been determined, even if not yet reflected on the platform, will be voided.
• All wins, losses, and resulting balances are calculated in MYR at the applicable exchange rate at the time of the transaction.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on m88link. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Opening, operating, or conspiring to operate multiple accounts on the same device, household, IP address, or payment method.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, claim bonuses, or interact with the platform in any manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in match-fixing, match manipulation, or insider trading in connection with any sporting event or casino game offered on m88link.
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any financial activity in contravention of Malaysian or international anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any such exploit must be reported to m88link immediately.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or the claims process.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the m88link platform's source code or back-end systems.
• Using the platform for any purpose other than lawful personal entertainment.

All content available on the m88link platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data compilations, trademarks, and trade names — is the exclusive intellectual property of m88link or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publish any content from the m88link platform without prior written consent.
• Create derivative works based on any m88link content or branding.
• Use m88link's name, logo, or branding in connection with any third-party product, service, or website.
• Frame or mirror any part of the m88link platform on any other website or application.

Any unauthorised use of m88link's intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, m88link, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the m88link platform or any of its services.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any service therein.
• Any loss of data, profits, revenue, or goodwill, whether or not m88link has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
• The actions or omissions of third-party payment providers, game suppliers, or data providers.
• Any technical malfunction, system failure, server downtime, or connectivity issues beyond m88link's reasonable control.

Where m88link's liability cannot be excluded by law, it shall be limited to the total amount deposited by you to your m88link account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

m88link is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming practices. We believe that betting should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a financial strategy or a way to resolve personal problems. m88link reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account, or restrict your access to any or all services, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Engagement in any prohibited activity as defined in Section 7.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, or other illegal activities.
• Provision of false or misleading information at any stage of the account lifecycle.
• Regulatory or legal requirements that necessitate the restriction or closure of your account.

Upon termination for cause, any bonus balances and promotional winnings will be forfeited. Any verified real-money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure — net of any outstanding wagering obligations — will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to applicable legal holds and investigation procedures.

You may also choose to close your account voluntarily at any time by submitting a request to our support team. Voluntary closure requests are processed within 5 business days. We may retain your personal data as required by law even after account closure.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws and regulations of the jurisdiction under which m88link holds its international gaming licence. By accepting these Terms, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the applicable regulatory authority for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.

Any legal proceedings must be conducted in English. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against m88link.

m88link reserves the right to update, amend, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users via email and/or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The most current version of the Terms will always be accessible at m88link.lat/terms-conditions and will display the effective date at the top of the document. Your continued use of the m88link platform following the publication of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree with a material amendment, you have the right to close your account before the changes take effect by contacting our support team. Closing your account in such circumstances will be treated as a voluntary closure as described in Section 11.
